Who We Are
Stella Barbella is a girls-only fitness studio with a pink, vibrant space designed for small-group training that’s personalized, challenging, and fun — perfect for all fitness levels.
We combine barbell strength, reformer Pilates, and dynamic floor work to create workouts that build muscle, core strength, and body awareness while keeping every session fresh and engaging. Our focus isn’t just on fitness — it’s on helping you feel happier, healthier, and hotter, no matter where you’re starting from.
All of this is inspired by Stella — our studio mascot and source of endless energy — reminding us to approach every workout with enthusiasm, joy, and just the right amount of zoomies.

Our Method
barbell
After our choreographed warmup, the Stella Barbella coach leads the Barbell section, demonstrating and explaining the move of the day. Exercises may include back squats, bench press, shoulder press, rows, hip thrusts, and more. Barbell weightlifting is ideal for targeting multiple muscle groups at once, building overall strength, improving bone density, enhancing functional movement, boosting metabolism, and increasing confidence. While some may start with dumbbells, barbells allow us to progressively load the muscles appropriately as you get stronger, maximizing gains and making every lift more effective and impactful. This section keeps your workout focused, results-driven, and fun.
reformer
In the second half of the workout, your coach leads the Reformer section — a dynamic, versatile way to build overall strength, especially core strength, while improving balance and mobility. Each movement is tailored to your level, ensuring the right challenge for every individual. With exercises that build mind-muscle connection and body awareness, this section keeps your mind engaged, adds variety, and makes every session fresh, effective, and fun.
zoomie
Inspired by Stella and her signature bursts of energy (pet parents know the feeling!), our Zoomie Section adds a dynamic element to your workout. This floor-based segment is designed to fill in the gaps left by the barbell and reformer portions — whether that means accessory strength work, mobility, or conditioning — using a rotating mix of equipment like BOSU balls, sandbags, kettlebells, Bala beams, battle ropes, trampolines, plyo boxes, Pilates magic circles, dumbbells, and more.
It can range from mat-Pilates-inspired movements (like bridging or planks) and focused accessory work (think bicep curls or goblet squats) to short conditioning bursts with the battle ropes or trampolines — always intentional, always balanced, and always fun.
